Meet some of the Queen’s Bookkeepers:

The Queen's Bookkeeper: April

April worked in the financial services world for 27 years with Bank of America and Bank of Marin before becoming a lady-in-waiting to the Queen. She brings many years of banking and financial analysis experience with her when she shows up to a client’s site, and can quickly spot the problem areas. April is a graduate of the “Queen of QuickBooks Academy” and has experience in bookkeeping in a number of industries—service, retail, broker, restaurant. She is an accounts receivable whiz, too: On one project recently, she reeled in over $200,000 in receivables that were just “hanging out” on the balance sheet.

Carrie2Carrie has a degree in Business Administration and many years experience in operations and management. Carrie had her “aha” moment in 2004 when she was working for a company with the Queen as a consultant and they identified that $100,000 was not being recovered in AR. Within six months, Carrie had tracked down the pieces of the problem and recovered the $100,000 for the company. She decided then she wanted to be a Queen’s Bookkeeper, and she takes pride in her bookkeeping and in finding “missing” money.

Beverly2Beverly has a background of many years in banking management and also brings her experience owning and operating her own business—in the Auto Body industry—to client projects. When Beverly processes payroll, she alerts clients to possible HR conflicts. Beverly has been doing bookkeeping for more than 20 years and is now a royal addition to the Queen’s team. She is also an Associate Trainer and conducts classroom instruction at College of Marin, IVC, Community Ed program with the Queen’s QuickBooks classes.

GingerGinger is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, and has experience in a wide variety of business environments. She has been working with the Queen for 10 years, and enjoys customizing bookkeeping systems to meet the needs of each individual client.
