Two New Summer 2008 Workshops
Introduction to QuickBooks
Come to this accelerated in-depth workshop to learn how to make QuickBooks work for you and your company. You will learn everything you need to know to get your company going on QuickBooks, how to use QuickBooks as an accurate and efficient accounting system, and how to prepare for the year end with a push of the button. Taught by the Queen herself, this unique experience is located in your choice of two amazing and beautiful locations - learn QuickBooks and enjoy a relaxing getaway. The whole weekend can be tax deductible!
You will learn all of the major features of QuickBooks including:
- Setting up QuickBooks, creating your own company file with a perfect chart of accounts;
- Working with lists (customer, vendors, employees);
- Working with bank accounts and using other accounts in QuickBooks;
- Entering sales and invoices, receiving payments, making deposits, entering and paying bills;
- Analyzing financial data, setting up inventory and doing payroll;
- Plus, tricks of the trade on how to use QuickBooks for all of your client management and marketing.
Registration Information
Each two day workshop is $450 per person. An additional person from the same company will receive 10% off of their registration fee. Register early to save even more!
Each workshop participant receives a complimentary gourmet catered lunch on the first day, and a free Queen of QuickBooks Workbook - a $50 value! A follow up CD or MP3 recording of the workshop will be available for purchase at a nominal cost.
July Workshop:
Saturday, July 26th 9am - 4pm and
Sunday, July 27th 9am - 1pm
Located in Gualala, California, on the spectacular northern California Mendocino coast. Located on the ocean where the Gualala river meets at the town of Gualala - our workshop is located at the Gualala Art Center (a beautiful, serene setting) and you can visit the ocean, stroll the downtown area, visit art galleries, try kayaking and more.
Discounted accommodations for workshop participants are available.
Registration deadline for the July workshop is June 30th. Register by May 30th and receive a 10% discount. Space is limited, so please register early!
September Workshop:
Friday, September 5th 9am - 4pm and
Saturday, September 6th 9am - 1pm
Located in San Anselmo, California at the beautiful Theological Seminary. Located in Marin County, you are walking distance to adorable downtown San Anselmo, with world class restaurants and boutique shopping, or go for a hike on Mt. Tamalpais. Recreation opportunities abound!
